Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my painting last?
How will my painting be shipped?
Paintings are shipped using protective packaging. Depending on the size of the painting different methods are used. Smaller paintings are packed in a waterproof clear cello bag to protect from moisture during transit then placed in a heavy duty cardboard envelope. Larger paintings are backed with styrofoam, wrapped in plastic and a foam fabric then placed and taped securely inside of heavy duty cardboard.
What is a certificate of authenticity?
A certificate of authenticity is a document issued by myself as the artist that holds the details about a specific piece of artwork such as title, size, medium used, place of creation and date created. They are signed by myself as the artist responsible for creating the artwork. All of my COA's are hand made and allow me and my collectors to identify authentic works of art. Every painting I produce is issued with a certificate of authenticity that is shipped directly to you along with the painting you purchase.
There is a painting I want to buy but can't afford it at the moment. Do you have a payment plan?
Yes payment plans are available for my paintings. They are available in 3, 6 or 9 month installments. All payments as well as applicable shipping fees must be completed before I will ship the painting to the buyer. Shipping is free in North America but will be the responsibility of buyers residing outside of North America. Payments missed more than two months consecutively will terminate the payment plan. No refunds will be issued to compensate for the time the paintng has been off market and administrative fees. All payments are made via PayPal.
